This policy governs AquaCoreLLC.com, the public website of AquaCore Solutions LLC. It does not govern the AquaCore Hub application. The processing of information within the Hub is governed by the agreement between AquaCore and the water treatment company using it, not by this page.

Information we collect

Information you provide

What this site asks of you is modest and entirely voluntary. The demo request form seeks your name, company, email address, telephone number, role, the states in which you operate, the controller brands you maintain, the nature of your interest, and whatever you elect to write in the message field. Only the fields marked as required must be completed, and nothing reaches us until you choose to send it.

Information your browser transmits

Our hosting provider may record ordinary server logs, which can include the pages requested, the time of the request, the browser that made it, and the originating IP address. Those logs exist so that the site can be operated and diagnosed, and they expire in accordance with our host’s retention schedule.

Separately from those logs, and for one purpose only, this site uses your IP address to limit the demo form to five submissions in any hour, so that it cannot be conscripted into sending unsolicited mail. That check is performed against a one way hash of the address, the hash expires within the hour, and it is not stored alongside your enquiry.

Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google LLC, to count visits and understand which pages are read. It records the pages you view, how you arrived, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and general details of your device and browser. Google processes that information on our behalf and may use it for its own purposes under its own terms. We do not upload your name, email address or any other identifier you give us on the contact form into Google Analytics, so the two sets of information are not joined.

Google Analytics sets cookies on your device. You can remove them at any time in your browser settings, or block them before they are set, and the site works normally either way.

Tracking across other sites

We do not collect information about your browsing activity over time across third party websites, and we do not permit anyone else to do so through this website.

In summary

The information we collect directly from you falls into two categories. Identifiers, meaning your name, email address, and telephone number; and business particulars, meaning your company, your role, and the interest you have described. Both are given voluntarily, and both serve the single purpose set out below.

Cookies

This website sets no advertising cookies and carries no advertising pixel. It does set analytics cookies belonging to Google Analytics, described above, which count visits and pages read. They are not used to build an advertising profile of you and they are not sold.

One item of browser storage is disclosed here because it is storage on your device, however slight. The site keeps a single value in your browser’s session storage so that a page transition renders correctly when you follow a link. It holds no personal information, it never leaves your browser, and it is discarded when the tab closes. Administrators who sign in receive WordPress session cookies, which pertain to staff alone.

The use we make of it

We answer your enquiry, and where you have asked about the charter dealer program, we follow up on it. That is the entirety of the purpose.

AquaCore does not sell personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or surrender it to anyone for advertising, and we will not enrol you in a general marketing list because you asked a question about a product.

Whom else it reaches

We use service providers to operate the site and to answer you. Those providers may in turn rely on subprocessors of their own in delivering their services to us.

• ActiveCampaign. Our customer relationship and email platform, situated in the United States. Demo requests are recorded there so that we may follow up on them.
• Our web host. Operates the site and maintains the server logs described above.
• Our email provider. Delivers the notification informing us that your enquiry has arrived.

We do not otherwise disclose your information, save where the law requires it.

How long we retain it

We keep enquiries for as long as they remain relevant to the conversation you began with us, and no longer than our record keeping obligations require. Should you become a customer, your information passes into the commercial relationship and is kept for as long as that relationship requires. Server logs expire in accordance with our host’s retention schedule. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, using the contact details at the end of this page.

Your rights

Write to info@aquacorellc.com and we will tell you what we hold concerning you, correct it, or delete it. We reply within thirty days. You need offer no reason, and we will not ask for one. Depending on where you reside, some of these rights may be yours by statute. We extend them to everyone, on the view that maintaining two standards is neither honest nor worth the administration.

If you separately consent to receive marketing email from us, every such message carries an unsubscribe link, and it takes effect immediately.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to enquiry data is confined to those who require it in order to answer you. No system is beyond compromise and we will not pretend otherwise. We would observe only that nothing on this website asks you for a password, a payment instrument, or anything else we would have no business holding.

Children

This is a business to business website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen.

Amendments

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above identifies the most recent revision, and the version posted here is the one that applies.
