AquaCore didn’t start as a software idea. It started as a staffing problem inside a regional water treatment company: good reps stretched across too many accounts, customer plants that no longer had anyone who knew water chemistry, and growth capped by how many qualified people we could hire. We couldn’t hire our way out, so we built our way out.
We built control panels we could configure in our own shop. We put cellular modems on them so we never depended on plant IT. We added autonomous analyzers so systems got tested between visits instead of running blind. And we built a platform with AI that reads the data and writes the service report before the visit happens. It worked. Reps covered more accounts, problems surfaced in hours instead of weeks, and customers saw more attention, not less.
AquaCore Solutions exists to bring that system to other water treatment companies. We are an independent solutions provider headquartered in Greenfield, Wisconsin. We sell no chemistry and provide no treatment services. Our business is making the companies that do those things more capable, in markets we don’t operate in.
What we believe
Four things we will not compromise on.
01
The technician is the product
Everything we build exists to make one rep capable of serving more accounts at higher quality.
02
Turnkey or it doesn’t ship
If a solution requires our customer to become a systems integrator, it isn’t a solution.
03
Data has to earn its keep
Dashboards are not the deliverable. Decisions, reports, and caught problems are.
04
Proof before promises
Every capability we sell ran in real field operations before it ran in a sales conversation.
Frequently asked questions
About AquaCore
Who is AquaCore Solutions?
AquaCore Solutions is an independent solutions provider headquartered in Greenfield, Wisconsin. It builds remote monitoring systems for water treatment companies: control panels, cellular connectivity, autonomous water analyzers, and a cloud platform with AI-generated service reports.
Does AquaCore sell water treatment chemistry or services?
No. AquaCore sells no chemistry and provides no treatment services to end customers. Its business is equipping water treatment companies with monitoring technology, in markets its founders do not operate in.
Where did AquaCore come from?
AquaCore was built inside a working regional water treatment company to solve its own coverage problem. The panels, connectivity, analyzers, and platform all ran in that company’s own field operations and accounts before any of it was offered to another company.
What is the charter dealer program?
The charter dealer program is AquaCore’s early adopter program for water treatment companies ahead of the finished product release. Charter dealers receive early adopter pricing and direct input on the product roadmap. Availability is limited to a small group of companies in distinct markets.
