These terms govern your use of AquaCoreLLC.com, the public website of AquaCore Solutions LLC. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

This is a description of a product line, written to be read by people evaluating it. It is not an offer, and nothing on it forms a contract. Prices, specifications, capabilities, availability, and the terms of any program described here may change, and the version that governs a transaction is the one set out in a signed agreement, not the one on a web page.

Where this site describes the charter dealer program, or any other program, the description is informational. What is actually owed in either direction is determined by the agreement the parties sign.

The AquaCore Hub

These terms do not govern the AquaCore Hub application. Access to the Hub is granted under a separate agreement between AquaCore and the water treatment company using it, and that agreement, not this page, sets out what may be done with the software and the data within it.

What you may do with the contents

The text, images, diagrams, interface renderings, and code on this site belong to AquaCore Solutions LLC or to those who have licensed them to us. You are welcome to read the site, to print or save pages for your own evaluation, and to share a link to any page with anyone.

You may not republish the contents as your own, incorporate them into another product or marketing document, or present them in a manner suggesting an association or endorsement that does not exist. The AquaCore name and the AquaCore Solutions logo are trademarks of AquaCore Solutions LLC. Any other product or company name appearing on this site belongs to its respective owner, and its presence here implies no affiliation or endorsement.

Conduct we do not permit

Three things, each for an obvious reason:

• Automated collection. Scraping, harvesting, or systematically retrieving the site by any automated means, save for the ordinary indexing performed by public search engines.
• Interference. Any attempt to disrupt the site or its infrastructure, to probe it for vulnerabilities, to circumvent its protections, or to submit the demo form other than as a person making a genuine enquiry.
• Misrepresentation. Using the site to impersonate another person or company, or supplying information you know to be false.

What you send us

Information submitted through the demo form should be accurate, and we act on the assumption that it is. How we handle it is set out in the privacy policy.

Please do not send confidential material through a web form. Nothing you submit here is treated as confidential or proprietary, and no confidential relationship arises from your having sent it. If you need to discuss confidential or sensitive information, contact us to arrange an appropriate channel before sending it.

Sites we link to

Where this site links elsewhere, it does so for convenience. We neither control nor endorse what you find at the other end, and those sites are governed by their own terms.

What the site does not warrant

The site is provided as it stands. We take care that what appears here is accurate and current, and we do not warrant that it is either, nor that the site will be uninterrupted or free of error. To the fullest extent the law allows, AquaCore disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Nothing on this site is engineering advice. Treatment programs, chemical dosing, and equipment selection depend on conditions at a specific site, and no page here can substitute for a qualified assessment of yours.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, AquaCore Solutions LLC and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising out of your use of this site, nor for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, however caused and on any theory of liability.

This limitation concerns the website alone. It does not touch the obligations AquaCore takes on under a signed commercial agreement, which are set out in that agreement and limited by its own terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from them belongs before the state or federal courts sitting in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, and by using this site you consent to that venue.

If any provision here is held unenforceable, it is severed and the remainder stands.

Amendments

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above identifies the most recent revision, and the version posted here governs use of the site.
